Been a while......

I haven't been here in a while  .... Almost a year .....  

I have been busy on a few projects in that time and this is my first shot "blogging" 
A lot of the last year has been shared on Facebook A little like a blog ... I told myself to get to keeping this blog active and updated .... I will be working on that !

So 4 day's ago I was in the "permashop" trying to get an old chainsaw running right ... Dropped that sucker while it was running wide open on full choke .... And when it hit the gas tank split open and now I have a fire to put out .... I reached under the bench to grab a 20# fire extinguisher ....... Thats when I felt a little pain in my shoulder..... Bout ripped my Rotator Cuff right out ! Does not need surgery as of yet :) I don't like to take pain killers (or any other pill) so I have turned to the farm !!!  Capsaicin for the pain (cayenne peppers) and Confrey leaves to do the healing ! I did my first Comfery poultice (compress). It has been on my shoulder for 7 hours.... Going to change it before bed and let Y'all know what happens next ..... I'll post some pictures .... But till then ... Would ya go give the Facebook page a "like" and have a listen to Jack  talk all about Comfrey ?!
